I wanted to make a comment about the service, particularly an employee named Nina. I listen to her while she busily went about her job. Nina delivered informed polite service with efficiency. In these times when it appears to me that folks don't seem to want a job...Nina was a breath of fresh air. The work ethic is alive and well at North Bay Krown Rust Control. Oh and the work on the truck was great.
Basco Collision Centre was really really great they did repairs properly and on time. I was treated courteously and promptly. Of course I congratulate Patrick on the way he dealt with me.
