"Why Let The Cat Go"? Don't worry, people are wondering and they ask me all the time! My name used to be Lukachko... and for a long time people called me Let-the-cat-go because my mother, who was a kindergarten teacher thought it was easier for the students to say than Lukachko. I thought it was fun and I guess so did my friends..

I wanted a studio name where people came in laughing and asking "what the heck is this"? and then staying for a bit to do some art!
This studio is not a place where you will leave with the same painting as the person beside you- you also won't leave the same person as you were coming in.. you are unique and so is your art.

I love Bracebridge and the arts community we have here and wanted to help encourage more artists to help teach and share our craft. To support arts in all ages and show the importance of its role in all our lives. Come in and find out how Let The Cat Go can do some good for you!
