Company Description

The Township was surveyed in 1871 and subdivided in 1885. It was named after Mr. F.A. Baldwin. The train station was first called Stanley in 1908, then changed to Espanola Station in 1919. Due to the confusion of having two Espanola Stations, in 1931 our name was changed to McKerrow, named after J.O. McKerrow, a traffic manager for the Abitibi Pulp and Paper Co. It has been said that Jack McKerrow was also the inventor of the unit train. Many mining explorations took place over the years, i.e. gold and other precious metals, as well as uranium. In June of 1969, Kidd Copper Mines Limited leased an existing mine and commenced shipping copper until September 1970. The Township of Baldwin was incorporated in 1927.

Anyone missing a cat in the Dominion Dr./Rose Crt area? This poor thing has been hiding under our deck for a couple of weeks. We had seen tracks but were not sure until yesterday what kind of animal was under there. This morning I caught a glimpse of it sitting in the sun but it is very skittish and ran down the railing back under the deck when it saw me through the door. I have put food out to try to lure it in. I know it's not a very good picture, but being skittish it was the only one I could snap when it noticed me.

Hi there ! My cat is missing and need to find her asap ! She isn't an outside cat ! She is only outside when someone is with her and never leaves the porch ! We are very very worried as to where she is ! We are in gatchel area on Walter Ave ! If anyone has seen her please let me know asap!!!

Ok we caught the little one after a person abandoned it to die (their words not mine) it is very young and i am not sure of the sex but it needs a new loving home. I think it can stay where it is for one night but needs to be moved tomorrow. If you can help or know of someone who can please let me know. Thanks!

FOUND: A black cat with a collar has taken up residence under my house (Mobile home) Pioneer Road (Richard Lake area) I haven't been able to catch or get a good look at this cat. Any suggestions on how to get it out? And if I am successful in catching it, is there anyone who can take it in?

Would anyone be able to recommend where to go to adopt a puppy? I've looked at the pet stores who have an online presence but most seem to only have cats available. I am looking to adopt a puppy for my 6 year old son in time for Christmas. Thank you in advance for any information you may have. :)
