Counselling is a joint effort between the counselor and the client, which cannot be successful without hard work, energy and courage from both ends. There are many reasons people seek counselling
regardless of the reasons, I believe an enhanced sense of self understanding is essential in all situations. Therapy provides a safe place to explore reactions to past, present, or future thoughts and feelings about yourself, and the people in your life. It allows you the opportunity to practice new ways of interacting within relationships. Each individual has a unique view of the world, which is based from your role in it. Together we will decide on the amount of sessions needed to achieve your personal goals.
