Company Description

We think we may have figured this thing out. We moved here 12 years
ago after spending many years in Canada’s finest dining rooms. We thought we had left the restaurant life behind us when we sold our
beloved Musky Supper House… but we didn’t.

We are in our fifth season and here are some of the highlights...

We have established our “Friday Only” All Day Fish and Chips as a great
success. Fresh cut potatoes, homemade tartar sauce and battered haddock. We handmake a fine selection of cool
sausages such as lamb and wild boar. We sell hundreds of pounds and can hardly keep up with inventory. We are building a good crowd for our fresh salads and heat-and-serve entrees.

Yes, we “cook around”. Which is not acceptable to all, and can be considered inappropriate, however we’re cool with our reputation.
