IDA has faithfully served our family members for 3 Generations now and we have never has an issue until recently, and on more than one occasion with the same person, Pharmacist Technician -Michelle Macfie, she is the most miserable human being in services that I have ever met, rude and just plain ignorant. It's as if she doesn't like her job, and doing us the favour, where she feels it's ok to treat customers like we are 2nd class and beneath her. Please keep Michelle in the back of the house and away from serving customers directly. Pharmacist Hannah is a very pleasant human,-being whom seems to care about customers, please have Hannah out front servicing customers or we may simply have to move, unfortunately. Thank you for let me express my frustrations with this person.
