Anyone know of a low key adult dance class for the over 50 crowd? Something that's not at 4pm while we're still at work would be helpful. My body is just not ready for Zumba yet.

is looking forward to a fun filled day ahead!!! Zumba at 6am....great people working out at Curves..picking up Pumpkin from preschool..coffee with a wonderful friend (yes you are ;) and dinner with the best neighbors :) :) Not to shabby for a Tuesday :)
