Our main facility is the Health Sciences North Community Mental Health & Addictions Centre de santé mentale, located at 127 Cedar St., Sudbury. Here, we offer a range of outpatient services, including psychiatric care, addiction counseling, and withdrawal management services. Our team of highly trained professionals is equipped to handle various mental health concerns, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and concurrent disorders.

In addition to our main facility, we also have a Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic at Horizon Santé-Nord on 680 Kirkwood Dr., Sudbury. This clinic provides specialized care for individuals with eating disorders, as well as early intervention programs for psychosis and post-partum mental health issues.

At Sudbury Mental Health Crisis Intervention, we understand that access to mental health care is crucial, which is why we offer centralized intake and referral coordination services. This ensures that individuals can easily navigate the mental health system and access the appropriate services for their needs.
