Rock Solid Property Management (RSPM) was founded in 2012 on the principle of wanting to deliver quality customer service and care to all members of the rental community, landlords and tenants alike.
The company is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Jerry Steinke & Holly Coulas. Both are experts in their respective roles and extremely dedicated to helping their clients manage their real estate investment portfolios. Jerry is skilled in many trades, he runs the daily operations of all necessary maintenance tickets that ensure your investment property runs smoothly. Holly ensures that the RSPM team is managing the property while the property maintains a Positive Cash Flow. This involves a property analysis that helps create investment strategies that identify potential expenses that will result in the best Rate of Return for our clients. Holly was raised by “mom-and-pop” landlords, this upbringing is reflected in her ability to properly manage investments without unnecessary expenditures.
