The factory-viewing gallery also offers a panoramic view of the candle production floor, highlighted by an antique taper dipping carousel estimated to be over 110 years old.

The evolution of Rich Hill Candles & Gifts has spanned over 45 years from a candle maker with a hobby and a dream to one of Muskoka's favourite family destinations. The business has been operating with its second generation for the past 10 years as the main driving force behind its push forward. Shaun & Kyle Francis both sons of Bob & Barb are generally the faces you see in the store and factory these days. Having downsized and moved away from larger manufacturing the company is very focused on individual customer needs and providing solutions to those with candle questions and concerns.
